Therapeutic Bodywork
These therapeutic sessions target pain and problem areas, unraveling restrictions and tension patterns that have built up throughout the body.
Sessions consist primarily of therapeutic deep tissue (Force Line technique), and may include Trigger Point therapy, fascial release, facilitated stretching, and gentle mobilizations. Each session is targeted to optimize your results.
