Rates

·       Prompt Pay Discount:  $110/60 minutes and $165/90 minutes 

·       Regular rates are $41.25 per unit (15 minutes).  A prompt paid incentive (PPI) of $13.75/unit discount is offered for prepaid sessions, or sessions purchased at time of service.

·       Various packages are also offered at a greater discount.

What to Bring to Your Session

·       You may print the Health Intake form on the New Clients page, or fill one out at the time of your appointment.

·       All Access Bars (body-mind reboot) and Body Process sessions are performed clothed.  Wear whatever you would like to be comfortable on the table during your session.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Appointment

Cancellation Policy

​          We appreciate your taking time out of your busy day for your session and your time is reserved just for you.  Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. 
         All no shows or sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed a small fee.  Fee must be paid in full before booking your next session.  Multiple no shows may require a deposit to secure a reservation.  The fee amount will be refunded or deducted off your service at the time of payment. 

          Personal insurance and insurance claims do not cover missed appointments, therefore you will be billed directly.  In the case of a late arrival, the session will end at its scheduled time.  Email cancellations are not accepted, and may incur a fee.

No Show/Late Cancel Fee:  $25/60-minute session, $35/90-minute session, $45/120min session.
